the pole club house is not liable for any injury, loss, dispute, or damages resulting from activities conducted by studios listed on the platform.

studios are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, licensing requirements, insurance obligations, and safety regulations within their jurisdiction.

studios must ensure that classes, events, and services are conducted in a safe and professional environment.
