at the pole club house, we are building a community rooted in respect, safety, accountability, and care. this platform exists to help people discover studios, instructors, events, and opportunities within the pole and aerial community. by using this app, you agree to contribute to an environment that protects the dignity, safety, and experience of others.
all users must treat others with respect on and off the platform. harassment, bullying, intimidation, discrimination, hate speech, threats, stalking, or abusive behavior of any kind will not be tolerated.
this includes behavior based on, but not limited to:
reviews should reflect genuine experiences and be shared in good faith. users may not post false, defamatory, retaliatory, misleading, or intentionally harmful reviews.
users may not use the platform to harass, monitor, pressure, threaten, manipulate, stalk, or otherwise harm another person. this includes repeated unwanted contact, misuse of profile information, attending spaces uninvited, or using the app to track someone’s location, schedule, or activity in a harmful way.
users must provide truthful, accurate, and current information when creating accounts, claiming profiles, leaving reviews, or posting content. you may not impersonate a person, studio, or business, or misrepresent your relationship to one.
studios and instructors claiming profiles must be authorized to do so.
any behavior that causes another user to feel unsafe may result in immediate review, suspension, or permanent removal.

we reserve the right to remove reviews that violate these standards.
this platform may serve an adult movement community, but that does not make sexual misconduct acceptable. users may not use the app to solicit, pressure, exploit, groom, or harass others sexually. consent, boundaries, and professionalism matter here.
any report involving sexual misconduct, coercion, exploitation, or inappropriate contact will be taken seriously and may result in permanent removal.
do not post, share, or misuse another person’s private information without their consent. this includes phone numbers, personal email addresses, legal names, home addresses, private social media accounts, or other identifying details.
users may not use information gained through the app to invade someone’s privacy or compromise their safety.
users may not use the platform for scams, spam, deceptive promotions, phishing, or unauthorized business activity. content intended to mislead, exploit, or redirect users under false pretenses is prohibited.
studios, instructors, and businesses must use the platform only for legitimate and authorized promotion connected to their real offerings.
users must follow all platform rules, onboarding requirements, verification requirements, subscription terms, and account eligibility rules. attempts to bypass restrictions, create duplicate accounts after removal, or evade moderation decisions are prohibited.
if you experience or witness behavior that violates this Code of Conduct, please report it through the appropriate channel. reports should be made honestly and responsibly. false reporting or weaponizing the reporting system against others is also a violation.
violations of this Code of Conduct may result in action including, but not limited to:
we may take action whenever conduct, whether online or offline, appears to threaten the safety, trust, or integrity of the community.
the pole club house reserves the right to review behavior, content, profiles, claims, reviews, and account activity to maintain the safety and integrity of the platform. we may investigate reported or suspected misconduct and take action at our discretion.
by using this platform, you agree to uphold these standards and understand that access to the platform is conditional upon respectful and responsible participation.
